Are you ready to take the Tabata Challenge?

If you are looking for a fast & effective workout that can improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and fat burning efficiency, we invite you to take the Challenge!! Tabata is a series of cycles (4 minutes each), of high intensity interval training. It complements any fitness routine by promoting improved performance and increased metabolism. Each class will last 25 minutes and is easily adaptable for all fitness levels.

Cost per class $12 or Purchase a 10-class card for $110!
